Parking information

This parking facility is regulated in accordance with the Norwegian Parking Regulations of 18 March 2016 (No. 260).

Driver Responsibilities

  1. Vehicles must be parked in compliance with all signages, markings, and parking instructions.
  2. Parking fees are charged based on automatic license plate recognition (ANPR) upon entry and exit. Drivers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle registration plate is clean and legible at all times.
  3. The following payment options are available (prices are displayed in the app and on payment machines):

APCOA FLOW App

The APCOA FLOW app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Austria, and Germany.

If you do not have access to one of these countries' app stores, you can pay online using the APCOA FLOW web portal (link: https://app.apcoaflow.com/) within 48 hours after exiting the parking facility.

On-Site Payment Machine

Payment can also be made using the payment machine located on-site upon exit.

Accessible Parking

Parking fees also apply to vehicles displaying a disabled parking permit. When using a designated accessible parking space, a valid disabled parking permit must be clearly displayed inside the vehicle and visible through the windshield. If the vehicle does not have a windshield, the permit must be displayed in another clearly visible location.

Parking Charges and Enforcement

Failure to comply with the parking regulations or the conditions displayed on-site may result in a Parking Charge Notice (PCN). The fee for a Parking Charge Notice is set by Norwegian authorities. A Parking Charge Notice may also be issued if the parking fee is not paid using one of the payment methods described above.

For foreign-registered vehicles, a Parking Charge Notice may be issued to the registered vehicle owner if payment has not been made within 48 hours after exit.

Vehicles parked in violation of the regulations may be removed at the owner's expense if necessary. Questions regarding Parking Charge Notices or vehicle removal should be directed to the parking operator.

Appeals

Parking Charge Notices and vehicle removal costs may be appealed within three weeks of the issue date. For further information, please visit APCOA Norway.
