Parking at Martina Hansens Hospital

There is a parking lot with 56 spaces located directly in front of the main entrance.
Parking Time
There are no restrictions on parking duration at the Martina Hansen’s Hospital parking lot, as long as payment is made during chargeable hours.
How Does the Parking Solution Work?
Parking must be started either by using the payment machine (advance payment) or via the APCOA FLOW app. We recommend using the app, as it allows you to easily extend your parking time from wherever you are, without returning to the parking area. When you are leaving, you can also easily stop the parking session in the app. To start parking in the app, enter the four-digit number, which can be found on the payyment machine or on signage in the area.
At the parking areas, parking time and fees are regulated on weekdays from 06:00 to 17:00, and on Saturdays from 06:00 to 15:00. Please refer to the signage and information on the parking machines for the specific area where you are parking.

Parking Enforcement Fee (Parking Fine)
If you park without paying during chargeable hours or violate any other terms, you may be issued a parking enforcement fee. Parking outside designated parking areas is prohibited and will result in a parking enforcement fee. This applies 24 hours a day, all year round.
If you receive a parking fee that you disagree with, you must submit a written appeal at kontrollavgift.no. You should not contact the hospital or Vestre Viken.
Electric Vehicle Parking
Patients and visitors at Martina Hansen’s Hospital have access to 6 parking spaces with charging stations for electric vehicles.
All chargeable motor vehicles are allowed to use EV charging spaces.
This also includes plug-in hybrids.
Free charging (low power) is available at the charging spaces 24/7. You do not need to activate charging or pay—simply plug in while you are parked.
Parking fees must be paid by electric vehicles both in EV-designated spaces and in regular parking spaces.
Disabled Parking
Parking in a disabled (HC) space requires a valid permit issued by the municipality, clearly displayed in the windshield.
Parking is free in spaces marked HC if you have reduced mobility and a valid, visible permit.
If no HC spaces are available, you do not need to pay for parking in a regular parking space, as long as you have reduced mobility and a valid municipal permit displayed in the windshield.
HC spaces are located in the following areas:
- 3 spaces to the left of the hospital’s main entrance, along the wall
- 3 spaces next to the payment machine
Motorcycle Parking
There is a dedicated parking area for motorcycles, off-road motorcycles (ATVs), and mopeds close to the hospital building, to the left of the main entrance. Please follow the signage.
Bicycle Parking
Patients and visitors can park their bicycles in the bicycle racks located immediately to the left of the main entrance.
