Information collected from Google Analytics about the use of our websites is collected to analyze how our websites are used. The company collects and uses your personal data for various purposes depending on who you are and how we come into contact with you. Processing of personal data takes place in line with the purposes stated here:
- To be able to deliver our parking services (subscription or rental of a parking space). The processing takes place on the basis of an agreement with you, or by you using our services without a separate agreement.

- For customer service purposes, we process the information in inquiries that come to us, or should the need arise for us to contact you.
What personal data is processed?
The personal information that is processed for the stated purposes is in each case limited to what is necessary to be able to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Which information is processed will depend on the content of your customer relationship with us, and any agreements you have entered into with the Company.
- Information you provide to us yourself
When you register as a user in our services, we store the personal information you voluntarily provide to us. Information that is stored is your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address as well as information about your vehicle and credit card. In addition, we can process passwords, location, order and purchase history, photographs of vehicles, inquiries to the Company and recordings from video surveillance.
- Information we receive through your use of our services
Our services collect and store personal data using areas with camera recognition. By parking in an area with camera recognition, we can, for example, register the number plate on your vehicle and in some cases information about the owner of the vehicle. Our websites, www.apcoa.no, www.profectum.no and www.leieparkering.no, use Google Analytics which collects anonymized information about the users, for example which type of device you use to visit the pages with or which pages you look at.
What is the information used for?
The personal information is used to be able to offer and adapt our services to you. For example, we need personal data so that you can log in to our services, send you an invoice or receipt or check whether you have a valid agreement. We also use anonymized data for statistical purposes and to ensure that our services function as they should, including that our digital services function optimally.
How is the personal data protected?
We take security seriously and have strict requirements for our systems to protect the personal data under our control. No further information is provided here for reasons of security in our systems.

In some cases, your information may be transferred to business partners or other parties located outside the EU/EEA area. We then take the necessary precautions to ensure that the information is protected in line with the applicable privacy regulations.
How long is the information stored?
The company stores your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purpose for which the personal data was collected. The personal data we process is stored as long as you have an active customer relationship with us or we have contractual or statutory obligations that require us to store this. Personal data we process in order to fulfill an agreement with you is deleted when the agreement has been fulfilled and all obligations arising from the contractual relationship have been fulfilled, so that information will be deleted after the parking has been paid and the appeal period has expired. Information we process on the basis of your consent is deleted if you withdraw your consent. In some cases, we may retain information beyond the above where it is necessary to our interest in a complaint or we are legally required to do so according to the Accounting or Bookkeeping Act.
In order to limit the storage of personal data, we anonymize or delete personal data continuously when it is no longer necessary for our services to have access to the personal data. For example, we anonymize personal data if you have parked in an area with camera recognition and the parking was free, you paid at a payment machine on site or if you paid online within 48 hours. If you cancel your customer relationship, all personal data that we are not legally required to keep will be deleted. You can contact us regarding this and cancel your customer relationship via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.

To access your rights, you must contact our customer centre. We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days. We will ask you to confirm your identity or provide additional information before we allow you to exercise your rights with us. We do this to be sure that we only give access to your personal data to you - and not to someone pretending to be you.
